About the Author(s)
Masoud Kheirabadi received his M.S. in agricultural mechanization from Texas A&I University and an M.A. and Ph.D. in geography at the University of Oregon. He currently teaches for the International Studies Program at Portland State University. Dr. Kheirabadi has published several books and articles on Middle Eastern issues.
