Made up of 80 detailed articles and an extensive glossary, this reference is the first stop in any serious research of these troubling health afflictions.

  • Anorexia nervosa
  • Body image disturbance
  • Bulimia nervosa
  • Childhood obesity
  • Exercise and obesity and eating disorders
  • Hunger and appetite
  • Males and eating disorders
  • Nutritional counseling for eating disorders and obesity
  • Pharmacotherapy for eating disorders and obesity
  • Screening tests for eating disorders
