Joseph Kandel, M.D., is a neurologist and the founder and medical director of Neuroscience and Spine Associates based in Naples, Florida, as well as of prestigious and well-respected neurology clinics in Fort Myers and Port Charlotte, Florida. He is an associate clinical professor at Wright State University of Medicine. Kandel is a member of the American Medical Association, the Florida Medical Association, the American Academy of Neurology, the American Society of Internal Medicine, the American Society of Neuroimaging, and the Florida Society of Neurology. He has coauthored The Headache Cure; Back Pain: What Works; Adult ADD: The Complete Handbook; The Arthritis Solution; The Arthritis Cookbook; and Migraine: What Works, Second Edition. He resides in Naples, Florida.
Christine Adamec is a medical writer with more than 24 books and numerous medical articles to her credit. She has also ghostwritten six medical self-help books for physicians on topics such as arthritis, back pain, and migraines.
